the fitness industry is too loud

I'm Anne. I'm Deaf. I've never heard a playlist, a coaching cue, or someone screaming "you've got this" over a beat. And I coach better without all of it.

I built the Silent Playlist Method — a five-stage framework born from training without sound — and I use it to coach high-capacity professionals who are built for big lives and want their body in on it.

1:1 coaching. Immersive retreats in Baja. A point of view the industry wasn't ready for.

A proper deadlift changes your whole damn day. Not because someone hyped you into it. Because you decided to.

GET IN THE SOCIETY

Every offer is built around the Silent Playlist Method — a five-stage system for training from the inside out. This is not just working out. It's behavior change coaching, custom programming, and a method built for people who are done being told to just try harder. You don't need another plan. You need someone who actually gets how your brain works — and builds around it.

You've done the inner work everywhere else. The gym is the last frontier. This is the door.

You start with The First Download — an onboarding experience that lets me learn what drives you, what's in your way, and how your brain actually works so I can build something that fits YOUR life. Not a template. Not a vibe. A system built around you.

From there: custom workout programming designed around your fitness level, your mindset, and your reality. Weekly check-in forms with personalized feedback that evolves as you do — because I don't just watch your workouts. I coach the human doing the workouts. We track your patterns, your barriers, your stress, your wins. The questions get sharper as I learn you. The programming adjusts before you have to ask.

Form feedback on your lifts. Everfit messaging when you need it. Monthly Locker Drops as you advance through the Silent Playlist Method. And a complimentary strategy call every six months because even the playlist needs a remix.

I'm the creative director of your fitness and the behavior change guide in your corner. The plan bends to fit you — not the other way around.

Not a PDF and a prayer. Not a hype voice in your pocket. Not something you could have found on AI. This is coaching with structure, soul, and receipts.

FAQ

  • STOP. Right there. I’ve got you.

You don’t need to “get in shape” before starting—if that were the rule, nobody would ever start! You can come to me exactly as you are, and we’ll start exactly where you are. My job isn’t to judge or push you into some unrealistic fitness mold. My job is to help you get stronger, build confidence, and make movement something you just do—on the regular, like brushing your teeth or sneaking a bite of cookie dough (no judgment).

You’re not “too anything” to start. You’re ready right now. Trust me on this: strength isn’t a requirement—it’s a result. And it’s all waiting for you.

  • Nope. No diets here. I’m not interested in how your body looks—I care about how it feels.

Will I suggest you eat more protein and maybe a little less junk? Sure. Will I also cheer you on for enjoying food that tastes amazing? Absolutely. (Listen, Oreos are basically a food group in my world. Fight me.)

This isn’t about restriction; it’s about fueling your body in a way that supports your goals while still leaving room for joy. Because life’s too short to skip the good stuff.

  • LOL. Sure, we can start there.

AND—like I said before, I’m way more interested in how you feel in your body than what size your jeans are. I get it—diet culture loves to whisper (or shout) that there’s only one “right” way to be, and spoiler alert: it’s always “smaller than you are.”

But here’s what I’ve seen, time and time again:

Chasing external results might bring you to me, but what keeps you here—and creates real transformation—is how you feel when you get stronger.

    • When you can move your couch without breaking a sweat.

    • When you hoist that 40-pound bag of dog food like it’s NBD.

    • When you have the stamina to crush a hike or chase your kids without needing a nap after.

Strength changes everything. And that “Revenge Dress”? You’ll rock it because of the confidence you build, not because of the number on the tag. Let’s focus on that.

  • Your capacity is absolutely a real conversation.

AND here’s the thing: I haven’t met a single client who 1) wasn’t busy and 2) didn’t find the time to make their goals—and their actual bodies—a priority. (Spoiler alert: when you feel strong and energized, the rest of life gets a little easier... even laundry.)

If you’re ready to take your wellness seriously, I’ll help you make it happen—whatever your schedule looks like, and whichever package you choose. Strength matters. It’s not just about looking good; it’s about aging well and feeling good for life.

Now, if you need me to promise that my workouts will magically make the laundry fold itself? Well, I can’t do that, but I can promise they’ll make you feel unstoppable enough to tackle it after.

  • Nope, I love my Hearing clients!

For our first couple of sessions, I’ll bring in an interpreter to make sure we’re totally synced up, but after that? We’re usually good to go! Communication always finds its flow.

Being Deaf is one of my training superpowers. I cut through all the noise—literally—and focus on what matters: clear cues, precise movements, and workouts that actually work. No overdependence on playlists, no unnecessary distractions—just you, me, and the strength you’re about to build.

  • HELL YEAH. I love sharing my story far and wide. I can talk about all kinds of things—from overcoming adversity to what being an American Ninja Warrior did (and didn’t) teach me.

Whether it’s inspiring your team to tackle challenges, redefining what “strength” looks like, or showing how accessibility and adaptability can revolutionize the fitness world, I’ll bring humor, heart, and actionable takeaways to your stage. Let’s create an unforgettable experience together!
